The Journeyman

Super Sulpey, Acrylic paint, soft body construction.

” This a bit of a departure from my usual dolls – I actually started him a few years ago, and after several false starts this is who he has grown into. He is a character from my imagination, an otherworldly being living in a parallel world to a 1917 Europe. His clothing is a combination of what he brought with him and what he has acquired. He is a sort of pharmacist, or apothecarist, and as such is on the road collecting supplies between townships.  “
